ゆで落花生
最近お気に入りのおつまみである「ゆで落花生」。
ゆで落花生は、飲み屋さんのお通しなんかでたまに出てきて、前から好きだったけど、家で食べるのは初めて。
昨年末に冷凍ものを取り寄せして、食べたい分を少しずつ解凍して食べている。
ゆで落花生は、一般に良く見かける乾燥した落花生と食感、味わいともにぜんぜん違っていて、
殻を割ると、、、
薄皮がシワシワになった落花生が顔をのぞかせる。
この薄皮ごと食べるのだ。
柔らかくって、ほんのり効いた塩味がいい感じ。
ビール、とっても進みます。
ちなみに、、、
私、乾燥落花生はそれほど得意でありません。
だから、同じように乾燥落花生が苦手な人にもオススメです。

実はスーパーでも茹で落花生は売ってるのですが、ここのものはそれよりもグンと美味しいですよ！
つい最近茹で落花生を食べることができて、

私は乾燥のも好きですが、やっぱり茹でたものの
ようが3倍くらい好きです☆
