ちらし寿司
春＝お寿司なのかなぁ。。。
いろんな料理雑誌でちらし寿司、巻き寿司といったお寿司の特集をしている。
色鮮やかで見てても楽しくって、頁をめくるだけでウキウキしてくる。
そんなウキウキ気分を味わおうってことで、私もつられてちらし寿司。
とはいっても、手間暇かけて具材を丁寧に下ごしらえするのは大変なので、素を使ったお手軽なちらし寿司。
素は、「たぬき庵 ちらし寿司の具」。
これ、関西を中心に展開している「いかりスーパーマーケット」のオリジナル商品みたいなのだけれど、「京風」と書いてあって、品の良い薄味。
ちらし寿司といえば、コレ！というくらい、ここ最近のお気に入りで、大宮駅にあるecuteにあるいかりスーパーで、大宮に行く機会があるといつも買うようにしている。
器に盛り付け、錦糸卵と海苔と紅生姜で飾りつけ。
ご飯だけだと地味なのに、錦糸卵と紅生姜を載せると、グッと華やかになって、ウキウキ。
黄色と赤のパワーってすごいな。
お手軽に春気分を味わって満足なのでした。
