おかひじきと鮪サラミのマヨネーズ和え
いつもは鶏肉をあわせることが多い「おかひじき」。
今回は鮪のソフトサラミとかいうものが、冷凍庫に転がっていたので、これをあわせることにした。
味付けは、山葵マヨネーズ。
私のおかひじきの食べ方は結構ワンパターン。
私が下手くそなのか調理方法によっては、パサパサに感じることもあるおかひじき。
瑞々しさを感じることの出来るマヨネーズか練りゴマを使って和えることがほとんどだ。
ほかに良い食べ方ないかな？
作るたびに思うんだけど、未だいろいろ挑戦できず。。。
