ぶり大根
グツグツと煮込んだホッとする煮物。
こんなのが似合う季節になったんだなぁ。。。
と、ぶり大根を口に頬張ってみて、シミジミと実感。
秋は食べたいものがイッパイ！で嬉しい。
でも、、、
この時期になると、毎年作っている自家製のいくら。
今年は、コレステロールを下げなければならない相方のために、作るのを泣く泣くあきらめた。
作って自分だけ食べるっていうのもあるけどさ、それは、ちょっと可哀想かなと。
まぁ、他にもイロイロ美味しいものがあるわけで、いくらくらいでガッカリしてもいられない。
秋を楽しむことにしようっと。
